Keri joined FurstSearch in 1997 and has worked extensively as a Researcher, Human Resource Consultant, and Recruiter. As President & CEO, Keri is responsible for all aspects of executive search, including client management, development, strategy, recruitment, interview, assessment, research, and offer negotiation. Keri’s work with our clients does not end with the final offer, but continues through the placed candidate’s transitional period to ensure a long-lasting partnership.
Keri has successfully completed searches at the President, Vice President, Operations, and General Management levels in accounting, finance, human resources, manufacturing, and not for profit.
Keri is active in the community, serving as Co-Chair, Volunteer and Member of the Rockford Business Women’s Council, a networking, education and professional development group for women owners, executives and business leaders. As a member of the Chamber of Commerce, she is also a Volunteer and Member of Lead 360, a group made up of top executive level Chamber of Commerce members whose mission is to expand the impact and influence of women in business.
Keri earned her B.A. degree from Western Illinois University in 1994.
