Featured Candidates

Whenever a search ends, we are faced with having to explain to 2 or 3 really sharp candidates that they were not selected.  Because they've mentally prepared to leave their current situation, these candidates are ready to exlpore new opportunities and typically do end up moving on to another opportunity, sooner than later.
