Mike Jones
Mike Jones brings over 20 years’ well-rounded experience in middle and top management positions with various industries. Prior to joining FSG Associates in 2002, Mike enjoyed a successful career in manufacturing management. Through his work with small, privately held companies as well as Fortune 500 giants, Mike has developed expertise in virtually every management and personnel situation, from companies that are experiencing dramatic high-growth surges, to fast-paced acquisition & consolidation, and turnaround situations.
Mike has had extensive involvement in various specialties such as Integrated Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, team-building, and employee relations. Mike’s many years of experience in employee selection, development, and retention gives him a strong client-oriented perspective in understanding and fulfilling the recruiting needs for clients of all types, with particular emphasis in the manufacturing arena. He has also served as a consultant to several companies, including start-ups and turn-arounds. In addition to his experience, Mike draws upon his educational background at Northern Illinois University, where he double-majored in Psychology and English.
Mike and his wife Linda and their five children live in Rockford, Illinois.
